1. Who you are agreeing with

alexspirituality.com is owned and operated by M. Alejandro Bernal D.. Throughout these terms, "I", "me" and "my" mean M. Alejandro Bernal D.; "you" means you, the visitor.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What is offered here

• Free healing music and frequency recordings, hosted on YouTube
• Information about energy healing and wellbeing practices
• An optional email newsletter
• Voluntary donations
• Digital products and courses, where offered
• A way to contact me

3. This is not medical care

Everything offered here is a complementary wellness practice. It is not medical or psychological care and does not replace it. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. Donations

Donations are entirely voluntary gifts that support the creation of free music and the running of this website. They are not payment for goods or services, and they carry no entitlement to any product, session or outcome.

Donations are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or by direct cryptocurrency transfer. I never see or store your card details.

Donations are non-refundable, except where required by law. If a donation was made in error or without authorisation, write to alex@alexspirituality.com within 14 days and I will do my best to help.

Cryptocurrency donations cannot be reversed by anyone, including me. Always verify the address before sending. Sending to a wrong address, or on the wrong network, results in permanent loss. I am not responsible for such losses.

Donations are not tax-deductible. I am not a registered charity.

5. Live gatherings

What a place is. Reserving a place at a live gathering is a donation to this practice, and in return you receive a link to join that gathering online at the stated time. It is personal to you and not for resale.

When it happens. Times are given in New York time (Eastern) and, where your browser can tell me, in your own. Please check the day as well as the hour — for much of the world an evening in New York falls on the following morning.

Getting in. Your join link arrives by email. If it does not reach you, write to alex@alexspirituality.com and I will send it again — always to the address you signed up with.

If I have to cancel. If a gathering cannot go ahead I will write to everyone who reserved a place and offer either a place at the next one or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If you cannot come. Please simply let me know. Because these are donation-based, I do not operate a formal refund policy for a change of mind — but write to me and we will find something that feels right.

If a payment is reversed. If a donation is refunded, or reversed by your bank, the place is released and the join link stops working.

What this is not. A gathering is a wellness practice, not medical care, and nothing in it replaces advice from a qualified health professional.

6. Digital products and courses

Where digital products (audio files, PDFs, images, video courses) are offered:

• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own private, non-commercial use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, broadcast, or use the material in your own paid or public work — including as background audio in videos, livestreams, podcasts or commercial spaces — without my written permission.
• Access is delivered by email or private link after payment. It is your responsibility to give a working email address and to check your spam folder.
• Courses remain available for the period stated on the sales page.

Refunds on digital products. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download has begun or course access has been opened, except where the law of your country grants you a stronger right. If a file is faulty or you cannot access what you paid for, write to alex@alexspirituality.com within 14 days and I will repair it or refund you.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU: you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. By starting your download or opening your course you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.

7. Sessions, where offered

Sessions are booked and confirmed by email. Please give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel. Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded. I may decline or end a session where I believe it is not in your best interest, and any unused payment will be returned.

8. Copyright

All music, recordings, text, images, course material and design on this website are my original work and remain my property, or are used with permission. You may listen, read and share links freely. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or publish the material without written permission.

9. Your conduct

Please do not misuse this website: no attempts to break its security, no automated scraping, no uploading of harmful code, no use of the site for anything unlawful, and no impersonation.

10. Other people's websites

This site links to YouTube, payment providers and other third-party services. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms apply once you leave this site.

11. Availability

I do my best to keep this site running, but I cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. It is offered "as is". Content may change or be removed at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Privacy

How I handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the last change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Mexico. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
